It's sad to see the web3 job market falling apart: There are hardly any job listings, layoffs, and limited fundraising. It's like some projects have all the money to throw parties, but they don't invest in people to create better products

web3 repeat: Same events for the same people, covering the same topics. The concept of "events" also needs to evolve. We should be reaching out to universities to find talent, leveraging connections to address common challenges, and really thinking about how to use our resources effectively

There's so much work to be done in web3. It makes more sense to focus on real problems rather than just handing out swag for the same old folks to keep in their closet.
