why is that despite my growth and improvement that made this year , I don’t still feel fulfilled

are you seeking growth or are you seeking fulfillment?

it’s sorta annoying, but I’ve found that chasing fulfillment itself is sort of like chasing feeling full

you’ll hit it for a little while, but you always get hungry again pretty soon. 

if you can fall in love with the process of growth instead, you’ll end up living more of your life in the sweet spot

you can control (mostly) the input of personal growth, you can’t control the outputs

But fulfilment more I assume
