mostly i just feel bad

but if you can do a wide breadth of small stuff in quick succession (like an hour) you might be able to find a thing to do that you can lean into slightly more easily than everything else.

so on a bad dev day, i might realize i can write a bit more easily than code that day so i do that

I’m trying to learn how to sit with bad feelings instead of compartmentalizing. 

Dunno if it’s the “right” thing to do, but feels ultimately more powerful to be able to feel, understand the why (if there is any), and react with fuller knowledge than just reflexively

rn i think i need to focus on not feeling bad, embracing the feeling, and doing anything else but work (without hating myself for not working lol)
