Do you have a request folder in your DM menu?

Requests folder flow + purpose is not obvious for newer users - even after going step by step

We send DC's from @seemorebot for our users' weekly insights, have been trying to troubleshoot one issue for days, and even after specifying the steps we only figured out today that the user was just unsure of the purpose of this folder

i know tooltips are sorta a bandaid for unintuitive design, but something like this might help people default think "out its in my requests" just like we do with "oh that email might've gone to spam"
