I think every western analysis of Elon/Bird app has missed the obvious “pro” argument in WeChat

We have proof that super-apps CAN work (but perhaps maybe in certain cultural/regulatory environments) yet I never see that argument deconstructed. 

Now I definitively don’t…

I don’t think X is it (at least with what we’ve seen so far) and I do think Elon is a person who views people as fundamentally interchangeable in the workplace (which I fully disagree with) but it’s bad faith or at least incomplete reporting to not mention how successful WeChat/super apps CAN be 🫡
