Trending has really low usage but a small group of users still check it.

Our bias is to sunset it at some point (simplify!), but wanted to get input.

Trending is less relevant today because of the algo feed, boosts and soon the new version of channels.

My algo feed feels like it locks me into seeing a small group of folks -  trending is my only way to see what's happening outside my little bubble.

+100. my personal feed can easily get monotonous / lack diversity

also nice to see what's in vogue across farcaster as a whole. the best way i can describe it is trending feels more like my X feed

don’t sunset before addressing this problem 10x better than a trend feed

We already add trending and boosted casts to the main feed, fwiw

Same, I guess it's good because I'm friendly with the people in my feed but it makes this place feel VERY small

Getting rid of trending feed is a really bad idea -- it's the one place where you can find interesting content from users that you are not yet following. With the change to channels, our feeds will be increasingly more siloed. So for all of you voting that you don't care etc -- please rethink this.
