shipped: /automod now supports slow mode. Some busy channels get a lot of casts. Now you can control how often someone can cast into Main, down to the hour. [h/t @christin for the ask]

This is huge - the ability to drip out quality content means that we can programmatically but passively facilitate newness every time a user visits a channel gg
