#1. Why did you pivot? We pivoted whenever @peter and i were out of ‘needle moving’ moves for more than ~1.5 weeks without progress. #2. What went well? What didn't? Fleeting initial numbers, or overwhelmingly positive qualitative feedback, often made it hard to pivot, but we follow our principle mentioned in #1

had too many pivots so had to generalize. 12+ experiments and 8 apps. @perl is our 9th i taste blood in my mouth lol
