Great read for both new and seasoned casters! Love the title + subtitle. I agree completely about how nice the vibe is here (and how rare). I'd call this essay essential lore of the sort that belongs in a quick-find location for easy access. I've bookmarked it. Would make a nice addition to the FC scenius canon too.

Sent this essay to a former DAO colleague whose work I respect. Recently I invited their whole team to join FC, and they expressed interest, so now I'm (hopefully) luring 'em in. From my DM: "I agree with the author that the culture vibe there is 'smartest people on the internet,' so the team would fit right in." ;)
