There are many things matter but just because someone is a member of the same channel it doesn't mean they will see all channel casts in their home feed today. It is also not an exact science. So it's hard to give you an answer here around "Why is person X not seeing my casts?". For all we know they may actually see these casts but just not notice it. If someone does not want to miss casts from a creator: they should follow the creator, like the casts by the creator and super-follow the creator and get notifications.
