ee cummings is my favorite poet which i guess is also old poetry now that i think of it

i like poems from the past about things that still matter in the present

they make me feel more connected to other people

he’s known for ignoring grammar and making up words so he can share what he’s trying to see better and that inspired me a lot

I remember the other day you shared a poem by him “sometimes I am alive because with.” 
I’m not sure I translated it the way he would have meant for it to be translated or if I even understood it totally but something about it was really good and raw.
