Reflecting this morning on how I really have not adapted well to this era of Farcaster Not quite sure why, but I sorta feel like I am watching a ship float out to sea from the pier (not a boohoo cast, just trying to make the past 6 months of my purple app experience more legible to myself)

I guess both? I don’t particularly care for the current wave of Farcaster Instagram-lite posts (although i understand why it’s happening) but ofc don’t want to be a grump about it and yuck other people’s yum I also don’t have any crypto/professional wins to really cast about rn either nor am I particularly bullish on the future of crypto as we know it Positivity (maybe faux or maybe toxic idk what to call it) is what people seem to want from the Farcaster feed unless people think you have status then your negativity is “thoughtful” criticism and I don’t really have much of both rn either haha

Agree for the insta vibe, and Honestly, I’m also kind of over the whole LinkedIn-ification happening here. I also get the sense that the algorithm's been acting up — pushing certain content and shadow banning others (maybe mine? lol) — but maybe that's just my own little self-psyops at play. I liked when you mentioned low traction but said you were questioning the quality of your content instead of just blaming some tech conspiracy. I’m pretty skeptical about crypto too, at least when it comes to mainstream adoption. But I’m still really bullish on the niche applications, like how it helped with Degen , and I still think Farcaster is the right tool for that kind off mouvements
