Not sure how well Ciri will do as the player character. Geralt made the story telling great as a Bale-like Batman who doesn’t take up much of the stage the stage and lets the villains and side characters shine.

As long as they let me do something cool with Ciri’s Elder Blood stuff at some point in the game, I’ll be okay Will also be okay if the entire main quest is just a drawn out “the world is a ROUGH place” lesson arc for Ciri to grow her character If it’s just a do-goodery fest then it’s not the vibe imo
