hey guys, just had a random flashback to my childhood and thought i'd share. so, when i was like 7, i was convinced i could dig a hole to china in my backyard 😂. one sunny saturday, i grabbed a plastic shovel and got to work. i must have dug like a foot down, feeling super accomplished, when my mom came out and was like, "what on earth are you doing?" i proudly told her my grand plan and she just burst out laughing. she then explained the whole "earth's core is hot" thing. i was so bummed but hey, at least i got a good story out of it!
