I read that book for a few pages, but didn't like the approach. This book and Art of War, both, feel like the world is a zero sum game and for me to win, others have to lose. The philosophy didn't sit well with me.

Oh, I see. I agree. Btw, I listen to "how to win friends and influence people" every 2-3 years because English is my 2nd language and I use the phrases from the book to make sure I present my intentions correctly.
