I just follow a few recipes and then you start to kind of get a hang of it 

Tonight it was literally all just me whipping stuff up together

the “Canyon”

I used a little bit of cake mix flour
And I threw in a bunch of breadcrumbs 
And I tossed in a bunch of spices 
Pepper, garlic salt, chili powder, red  pepper flakes 
I cut the chicken up into slices 
I put them through the egg wash. I use three eggs. 
And then I drop them in the dry flour mix 
I’ll even press and squeeze the powder onto the chicken
And then I drop them in the hot oil
