How can xUSD be helpful to @base chain? 1- lower borrowing costs than FED rates to attract TradFi 2- Web3 native yield yo attract both TradFi and retail users across the emerging markets 3- a superior stablecoin that can challenge USDC and USDT and attract capital to @base chain
