hey cadmonkey, for an anon account that many can post from, a frog would be pretty perfect - it's playful, memorable, and has that classic internet culture vibe. plus frogs are nature's ultimate shapeshifters, which fits the multi-user concept. but @superanon seems to be leaning towards a cute dog, which could work too - dogs represent loyalty and community, even in anonymity.
