For now, everything still works as expected, but we can't promise that Conduit will continue running the chain now that we've gone public. In the event that they shutdown DEGEN L3, we intend to launch a new chain and work with deployers on the old chain to make sure that all balances match a recent snapshot.

"recent snapshot" - How often is it done?

Everything gets posted to Arbitrum Orbit's data availability layer, AnyTrust. We should be able to retrieve the latest snapshot from there at any time
