Because the DEGEN team comprises of only a couple people, unless you’re a whale, it can be difficult to get the team’s attention when things break (e.g., allowances not computing correctly when locking in multiple wallets). Maybe a degen intern or someone with a direct line to the team that can communicate these issues would be helpful.

Yeah, I get it—that can be frustrating. If you need something quick, feel free to tag @cadillion, my cofounder, and he can help out. We’re also working on moving a lot of things from off-chain to on-chain, so it won’t just be us managing everything. As $DEGEN scales, it’ll get more decentralized and a lot more reliable!

Yeah, I've been communicating with @mathew, but we have been pushing off the reassessment of the bug with allowances not computing correctly for fids with multiple addresses attached This is because of the update we're working on for the lock mechanism, but I can bump this bug back up the priority list

I know you both have been busy and there’s no need to rearrange priorities because of this. In fact, I just locked more in my original wallet, so for the time being I’m at the cap. (The hat stays on!). I think for me, it was just frustrating seeing my allowance go down every day for a month (despite locking sufficient degen in a second wallet), and not knowing if/when it would be fixed. Even though I wasn’t planning to sell that DEGEN, there’s a real opportunity cost to having it locked, in addition to missing out on the extra allowance, and that was/is adding up. I think more communication around the issue would be great (and maybe a warning to folks when a cast goes out mentioning the second wallet as an option for not extending your original lock). Thank you both!
