Chia Network and 3V Capital Partners have launched Permuto Capital, a new financial instrument that splits Microsoft (MSFT) shares into two certificates: Dividend Certificate (DC) and Appreciation Certificate (AC). This allows investors to trade dividends and capital gains separately. Trading is available on both traditional exchanges and the Chia blockchain, offering lower fees. The model may expand to other stocks in the future.
