SEC Discussed Crypto Regulation with Chia Network On February 25, the SEC Crypto Assets Working Group met with Chia Network representatives, including co-founder Gene Hoffman and legal counsel Thomas Chow. The discussion focused on crypto regulation and fraud prevention. Chia Network plans to submit an S-1/A filing for the Permuto Capital MSFT Trust I and seeks SEC approval to use its blockchain as the trust's foundation. The company also proposed collaboration with SEC technical experts.
