Every quarter (no joke) my wife’s friend who is a professional photographer does family pics for us. I thought it was silly at first but I gotta say, if you can do it, do it. In my house I can always find a reminder on the wall that my daughter is growing so fast, and that time is a thief, and to make the most of it.
