Like that hot take. I think the positioning your pointing out is catering to a (1) content consumption mentality vs. (2) a shopping mentality. I haven't really found my content niche here (I lean towards X still), but I do find that frames has brought me here curious to see what I can purchase/support/explore. Def two different types of behavior.

Quality coffee should be table stakes at any crypto conference. If you can't put a barista onsite, at least make sure there are multiple quality shops around. Still remembering this friend from Consensus.

Spent some brain cycles today thinking through what the definition of success is for crypto founders. With liquidity / token launch as a starting point rather than ending point, what is the financial milestone that defines success? Period of time holding a meaningful FDV?
