Bruno Mars is currently the most popular performer in the world News over morning coffee. The world top performers on Spotify-I decode-on the "largest streaming platform in the world"-have been updated: Bruno Mars came first, pushing Taylor Swift and The Weeknd from the pedestal. Surprisingly, the third is Lady Gaga. And it's here our universes collapse. They released a joint song in mid-August, and for quite a while, it was hanging on the first Billboard chart Now she has almost 800M plays. I guess the hype around Joker also gave her some plays + she starts to roll out her new album. Bruno Mars-what about him? Firstly, he broke the record for the most monthly listeners in Spotify: 120.9 million. Secondly, all this happened due to the feats. The very same collab with Gaga and a collab with Rose from the k-pop BLACKPINK group. Conclusions: 1) make more features, 2) k-pop is the engine of the music business and 3) wear a virgin mustache like Bruno Mars. Third one is optional.

Tyler's week is over: CHROMAKOPIA has opened at No. 1 on Billboard with 299,500 copies sold. It's Tyler's best debut of his career and the 6th best result this year. These high numbers were influenced by merch and bundle sales, but even if only streams were taken into account, it would still be No. 1. Vinyl sales account for 66,000 copies of the album. Also the best result for Tyler in the first week and the third best debut in history for a rap album since Luminate began tracking sales in 1991. And all this in 4 days, because the album was released on Monday 🤯

White Tiger - the origins of 2hollis For the last year, I've been constantly playing the last two projects of 2hollis on repeat, but recently I remembered the album with which everything just began for this guy - "White Tiger". You should get acquainted with this project at least to understand where he started, in each song you can feel that hunger and that energy that we will not see on new releases. Here we see not only constant experiments with sound and unusual presentation, but also the formation of 2hollis, who on this album is just finding his sound, which fans will love in the future. At the same time, it is very cool to realize and see how much Hollis has raised his level and moved from a kind of "childish" experiments to the formed sound that we hear now. If you are hearing about this album for the first time, and at the same time listening to the guy, be sure to check it out, because you will discover a lot of new impressions. Personally, I still love the tracks "actor" and "i do".
