Farcaster Daily Active Users (DAUs) It is a lot more than 37 users :-) It averages about 48,448 per day. Which is actually, quite amazing. The growth though, probably needs to increase. Can't say the airdrops or wallet truly helped the network grow.

Honestly, I have no idea what we should do. I can tell you about myself - I've spent time and money on a few crypto projects to be an active user and early adopter, but I got nothing like a reward. My first thought is that the team didn't care about their users at all - their only excuse being 'we cut bots.' Most people started playing the opposite game after the airdrop - they leave the project:(
