Aiming for 365 fitness sessions for the year 💪 Currently at 38 sessions in 37 days. Yesterday was my first full recovery day without even a recovery session. Today: 1 hour swim session ✅

Good news is you can do several a day. I routinely do bootcamp/strength and spin. All under 2 hours, back to back. I just counted 404 for 2023. I think I’ll keep the same aim/goal as you!

Yeah! My base target is pretty much just trying to keep somewhat active day-to-day and not have long breaks in training. Last year really realised how poor my aerobic fitness was so most of the sessions are just ~1 hour basic conditioning at zone 2 heart rate.

Gotta mix zone 2 and zone 4/5 up! And I think taking walks are also really good if where you live supports it (eg not Los Angeles or Kuala Lumpur). And I found I was most fit when I could just mix it up - throw in yoga, Pilates, boxing, swimming, eg. Don’t let the body get used to a set workout

Definitely need to do more high intensity workouts. Currently mixing between gym, walking, running, rowing and swimming.
