Long time crypto enthusiast, since 2011. Been trying to get a job in crypto, but struggling trying to make skills I've developed in Healthcare product management get traction. At this point i have a director level position where I am. Any insight or thoughts on how I can be more attractive to potential companies?

I feel this! There aren’t a ton of opps for healthcare and the sr. level prog/prod mgmt opps seem to be looking for specific domain exp. My suggestions: ➔ Learn and build ➔ Create content ➔ Engage ➔ Prioritize ➔ Be consistent ➔ Document progress ➔ Ask for help ➔ Patience DCs always open. 🤝
