As a crypto asset we are being compliant now, but theres no regulation for stablecoins specificaly, also the fintech law in chile will change in february next year, so we have a experimental space these months to follow the USDT/USDC path but in chile. We are working with expert lawyers and banks to get this right. Central bank has studied a CBDC but they state that that doesn't mean they will make one. The biggest challenge building trust now is facilitating methods of payment, in pos o ecommerces, get regulated by the CMF, and have a big pool to enable large trades of clpd/usdc.
