What's your theory on what rarity is used for?

I share this hopium. Maybe it's not too far fetched. They're clearly building something.

Maybe more hopium than theory, but imagine a product like a DEX will be built and RSIC holders getting weighted shares (to earn fees) based on amount and rarity.
