After you gain 250 followers, you CAN NOT follow more than 4x your followers, or you will lose your tipping privileges (anti-bot measure)

Example:  If you have 1k followers, you can't follow more than 4k accounts. 

Keep an eye on this.

I found the query of all users marked SPAM.

Included in this, you can see where it tracks the ratio.  It must be above 0.25 which interpreted means 1:4 -- followers:following
