That's where I'm confused, does it mean overtippping allotment that won't dip into your earned tips, or it will? If the latter, couldn't we overtip already by giving out our personal tips? If the former, why cut 40% but have a 50% overtipping allotment that doesn't use your tips? Guess I should read lol

My interpretation: - They want the die hard users to have access to extra tips - they don't want to have to keep giving people larger allowances - this is a way to keep increasing without actually doing it They need to be more clear about the repercussions of overtipping though

Just not keeping track.. at some point balance grow and it gets tough. You over tip by simply continuing to tip after your balance is zero
