The mirror still works from 10 feet away.

Hurt my shoulder last week, so I'm easing back into things.

I'm also prob extra cranky cause of that and no food 💀😭😂

Im fairly certain im allergic to kale now 💀😭

So after a pretty severe skin irritation, we had to take a break from kale.

I'm still on protein shakes but I'm also eating raw foods.

Down to about 1000 calories a day plus the gym. 🔥
