@drakhonen.eth maybe you might be able to help me with a $burr token locking issue on Hamcaster. @burrrrrberry suggested to ping you to see if you might be able to help with my problem. I appreciate any time given my way 🫶 Quick rundown of issue - “own $burr tokens and want to lock X amount. It allows me to click approve on terms and even approves gas fee in the blockchain. But tokens never get locked. I’m able to stake tokens though in the burr hamcaster page. Just not able to lock tokens. Thanks a bunch! Appreciate you looking into it! 200 $degen iPhone 11 Alienware laptop - tried on both phone and pc Web browser within coinbase wallet app (not for sure what browser it really is) Google on my laptop Coinbase wallet

In this example, we are going to have you get acquainted with Rabby Wallet, which is what I use as wallet of choice (but also use Coinbase, and Rainbow). Rabby here: https://rabby.io/ Import key/phrase to get your "primary Warpcast verified wallet" loaded correctly. Next Steps: 1) From laptop > start > settings > windows updates > fully update any/all patching 2) From laptop > start > disk cleanup/%TEMP% > delete everything (full temp cache clear) 3) From laptop > load google chrome > hit settings area > scroll down to "about" verify your google chrome is 100% fully updated 4) From laptop > load google chrome after relaunch/update > go to history > do a full/complete web cache clear "advanced > everything" 5) Once all of the above is completed, restart your laptop 6) On fresh reload, double check your Rabby Wallet is setup/imported, go to hamcaster.com 7) Connect your wallet/sign accordingly, you may get prompted to add the ham chain here 8) Go back to burr page > reattempt locking > give me result

Okay, followed all the steps to the T and getting the same results. Actually stepped through the steps twice to make sure I done everything after it gave the same results the first go around. Wanted to make sure lol. To note - both times on accepting transaction, the Raby wallet flagged the transaction as a first time transaction. Which I would of assumed it would of detected my previous interactions. i.e. buying, staking $burr tokens and maybe even the previous attempts at locking. But other than that difference, normal blockchain transaction it seemed. Approval, then gas transaction. I did try the 1 year lock first time and then the 2 year lock on the second attempt with the Raby wallet. Just to see if that made a difference. Welp, I am stumped to a degree. I verified your Warpcast synced/verified wallet matches what you provided above, so that makes sense. Using Rabby, try the following: 1) Select the "MORE" option from main view, looks like a grid icon 2) Select "CONNECTED DAPPS" 3) If there are any connections, remove all of them 4) Go back to "MORE" 5) Select "APPROVALS" 6) Remove/revoke ANY/ALL Base approvals you see... you can also do this using revoke.cash 7) Once all have been removed, reload hamcaster.com and reconnect your wallet + sign auth (make 100% certain you have added ham chain) Let me know results. Also a snapshot here for insights into getting your wallet you provided above to proper holdings to get a Ham rank/allocation.
