I also experience FOMO, indignation, bewilderment, etc... When we chose alts over BTC, we made a mistake. The madness currently happening in the market forces us to succumb to emotions and make a series of impulsive mistakes, such as switching fundamental alts for meme coins or to BTC at a high dominance. My advice is as follows: don't look at your alt/BTC pair, it just doesn't make sense. Don't use apps that show how much money you would have now if you hadn't sold this or that alt/meme coin. All this further shakes your psyche and leads to mistakes ❕
