Web
- Excluded words now excludes username mentions as well
- Fixed an issue where searches failed for users who changed their username
- Fixed an issue where some buoys missed casts that contained the keyword
- Fixed an issue where notifications weren't being sent to slack integrations properly

Mobile
- New app version 1.0.10 fixes a bug where filters loaded with the wrong state when editing a buoy
