it's a grant that rewards all builders/creators/artists, you can check out https://hunt.town/tip/ for more info

basically there are 2 types of grants, a builder grant and a tippers grant. builder grant goes to the top 3 most received tips, and tippers grant goes to everyone who has tipped out hunt during the season (rewards are prorated based on amount you have tipped) :)
