How are we supposed to grow our allowance when it keeps diminishing? 

I get good tips, I converse about honest real life stuff. Im here and around a lot.

I can not build any more because my tips are so low. 

This is actually a complaint because I believe the new way of doing this is punishing most of us.

So what’s happening is just normal now and I need to what? Just get used to it. The top 1k accounts have huge allowances compared, so whilst they grow and pull further ahead we sit and twiddle our thumbs. 👍
