Sharing my wife’s research on rapamycin and its effects on aging, published in The Lancet this month. TLDR: positive on cardio system, immune system and skin. No serious adverse effects in healthy ppl. Long term effects and most other systems understudied. Link below:

Congrats on her publication! I first heard about rapamycin in David Sinclair's book, Lifespan. Hopefully it can form part of a viable arsenal of tools to slow down the negative effects of ageing!
