Yes! I've never used it for Minecraft but it's really useful for paiting pixel art textures. For this kind of style I prefer it over Blender. (Maybe the other one you used is PicoCAD?)

Yesss I really love this one, is mainly used by minecraft communities but! I do believe it has a lot of uses outside of that, I don't remember the other one I used that was low poly as well
