New Experiment: Channel Pass 

- Hosts can require a pass to cast in a channel
- Users must pay 100 warps for the pass 
- A pass can be revoked if a user ignores the norms.

We’re going to be iterating a bit more aggressively with channels over the next couple of months. Goal is to find the core of the primitive to decentralize (most likely onchain!).

Ooohhh this is an interesting idea - I think I love it as a channel starter and not sure I love it as artist who likes to post in several channels 🤣
