The macro youtube vids I have a habit of clicking on all follow the same format:

Title: “The financial system is crumbling!”

Last 5 seconds: “In summary, we continue to have neutral outlook on the markets. Please like & subscribe.”

Do you still watch them for the thrill or just to see how they’ll walk it back?

I get it,sometimes, the clickbait is worth it for the actual content.  Do you think the dramatic framing helps get the point across, or does it sometimes distract from the real analysis?

The channel I’m thinking of actually has interesting info so I forgive the click bait titles. He usually starts by drawing really long historical patterns which lets him justify the title.
