1. starter packs: no one knows what they are, unless you explain it 
2. warps: now make it decentralized 
3. channels: i would say reinvent channels to be more purposeful 
4. qr code to signup: it’s a painful process 
5. not switching between accounts: i use another client to switch between accounts i manage
