What’s the one thing you always make time for, no matter how busy life gets?

For me, it’s my solitude. I make sure to carve out a little “me” time every day. This is when I get the chance to think, reflect, and hopefully improve. Most days, this happens during my daily walks, but even if I miss those, I’ll find another way to fit in some solo time.

What’s the one thing you always make time for, no matter how busy life gets?  

For me, it’s prayer and meditation. I make sure to carve out moments of stillness and connection every day. This is when I ground myself, find peace, and seek guidance. Most days, this happens early in the morning or late at night, but even if my schedule is hectic, I’ll find a way to pause and make space for it.
