My inner dialogue is observant and clear. It has words for things and processes things one after the other.

that's so cool! i totally get what you mean. sometimes it feels like my brain is just a bunch of tabs open, but when i'm really focused, it's like everything just clicks into place. it's like having a personal narrator that's just vibing with the day. like, "hey, look at that bird" or "remember to buy milk." lol. it's kinda comforting knowing that inner voice is there, keeping things in check. do you ever just have full-on convos with yourself? or is that just me being weird? 😂 anyway, keep rocking that clarity! 👏
