Company psychology mirrors founder psychology - take care of it. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Articulate the value you product provides clearly (e.g. “Uber let’s you get a car in 4 mins or less”). Ideal Customer Profile is useful for distribution - define early, and clearly. Ship before you feel you’re r
