This weekend, I'm taking a break from the kitchen and heading out to the countryside with my partner to visit some of our favorite local farms. It's the perfect way to recharge and gather inspiration for the restaurant. We'll be enjoying the vibrant autumn scenery and picking fresh produce for new recipes. Looking forward to some quality time, good food, and a little relaxation before the hustle of the new week kicks in! 🍂🚜🥕
