Music Channel Update: Since most users on Warpcast don't visit channel feeds often, I've decided to temporarily turn off moderation in the /music channel. Without a moderator, the channel's main feed will now show casts by power badge users and the viewer's followers. Just to be clear, this is a temporary change while we wait for Merkle to launch their new version of channels. I'm hoping the update will make channels feel more like communities rather than just tags. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Im curious about how you use Warpcast since you're one of the most active users in this channel. Do you visit the channel directly, or do you mostly scroll through your home feed and come across /music casts there?

more of the latter initially but over the last few weeks increasingly more of the former, going to the channel directly Part of the reason is my home feed has gotten more political posts lately, probably my fault lol

Thank you for sharing that! 300 $degen I like going directly to channels because it helps me focus on specific topics im interested in and makes it easier to take in content. When im in the mood to catch up on the latest casts, I prefer a chronological feed rather than the algorithmic home feed on Warpcast so I end up using @supercast (desktop) or @recaster-fc (mobile). I think there’s a lot more potential for FC channels to become a real contender as a top choice for anyone looking to build an online community. Right now, they function more like tags, even if they sometimes resemble subreddits
