Chrupalla war auf der Mittelschule. Da lernt man nur die Erst-Fremdsprache, also Russisch. Englisch gab es nur an der Erweiterten Oberschule, zumeist schriftliches Übersetzen. Die Englischlehrer konnten die Aussprache selbst nicht. Aber vielleicht hat er´s ja später noch gelernt.
