I got to admit that the Barebells protein bars have literally become a little bit of an addiction under the idea of "They are OK from a macro's eg high protein perspective". It's still processed sugary food, but 80/20 right? Whats ur fav protein bar?

I like those EPIC meat bars! https://epicprovisions.com/collections/best-sellers I see them at airports alot and they are my go to vuelo food (no sugar, just animal protein and spice) 🌶️
